A TPT WITH REGION CODE ME OR CITY AND/OR CITY OF MESA MOBILE FOOD TRUCK LICENSES IS REQUIRED. *
Spaces are 10 x 10 with additional room between vendors for comfort. Vendor requirements are outlined below.

Set Up: 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM
Sell Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Tear Down: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Vendor Requirements Licensing and Permits:
Vendors must possess and maintain all permits, licenses, or certifications required by the City of Mesa & Maricopa County, or State regulations. These must be provided to theberrysweetmarket@gmail.com immediately once payment has been made.
Cleanliness and Conduct:
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional booth or food truck at all times.
All trash must be bagged and properly disposed of after the event.
Maintain respectful and professional conduct with customers, staff, and other vendors.
Provide safe, working generators and proper lighting as needed.
Setup requirements:
Generators are required for food trailers and trucks.
Trucks must be disconnected from trailers and parked in the designated area during the event.
Food trucks and trailers may receive specific load-in times for smooth parking. Be prepared to back into your assigned space.
Vendors must bring all setup supplies including canopies, tables, chairs, decorations, trash bags, and weights.
Canopy weights of 120 pounds minimum are required.
Booths must be able to withstand wind or rain.
A dolly or wagon is recommended for transporting items.
Attendance/Punctuality:
Vendors must be fully set up 15 minutes before the event begins.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to set up and may lose future participation opportunities.
Early tear down is not allowed. If you sell out, your booth must remain in place for the duration of the event.
Early breakdown fee is $50. Rescheduling your selected date fee is $25.
No-shows without communication may result in removal from future opportunities.
Social Media Promotion (Required):
To support vendor turnout and event visibility, vendors agree to:
Post at least one promotional post within 48 hours before the event and one during the event.
Tag @theberrysweetmarket and use official event hashtags.
Failure to promote may affect future invitations. Repeated non-compliance may result in removal from our active vendor list.
Professionalism and Representation:
Vendors must maintain a positive and professional presence.
Negative or disparaging remarks toward The Berry Sweet Market, Vertuccio Farms, staff, events, or other vendors, either in person or online will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from future events.
Vendor poaching is NOT ALLOWED. It is not ethical nor is it allowed to encourage other Vendors to not do The Berry Sweet Market and/or to go to a different Market. Any Market competition or Vendor poaching will result in immediate removal from the event and you will be banned from attending any future events.
Fees and Payment:
Vendor Booths:
$75 - 10x10
$100 - 20x10
Food Trucks:
$150 - Flat fee
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This is non-negotiable.
Termination:
The Berry Sweet Market & Vertuccio Farms reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any vendor who fails to comply with these guidelines or who engages in unsafe, unprofessional, or inappropriate behavior to their own discretion.
The Berry Sweet Market owns the right to update any market details such as event times, dates, location, vendor fees, policies, etc. at any given time.
By submitting this application and payment you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
All requirements must be fulfilled or your vendor space will be null and void and your vendor payment forfeited. Refunds are not provided for cancellations.
